01About these terms

These terms apply to the IoT Cube website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Use of the IoT Cube platform is governed by a separate signed agreement. Nothing on this website changes what that agreement says.

02What the content is

The pages here describe what the platform does and what the products built on it do. They are written to help you decide whether to talk to us.

They are not a specification, a quotation or a warranty. Capabilities, protocols and deployment options are confirmed in writing for your own project before you commit to anything.

03Screens and sample data

Panels that show readings, alerts or statuses are illustrations. The values in them are made up to show the shape of the product, and they are labelled as illustrative where they appear.

Product names and logos of companies built on IoT Cube are shown with their agreement. Each product is operated by its own team.

04Trade marks and copyright

The IoT Cube name, logo, page designs and written content belong to IoT Cube. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

You may not copy the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use the name and logo in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.

05Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish. Tell us at info@iotcube.sa if a link is broken or wrong.

06Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not promise uninterrupted access to a marketing website, and we may change or withdraw pages.

07Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
