Is the platform hosted in the Kingdom?

Yes. IoT Cube is a sovereign platform with data hosted inside Saudi Arabia, designed around NCA and PDPL requirements. Hosting arrangements are confirmed during procurement to match the entity’s classification needs.

Can we avoid vendor lock-in on devices?

Yes. The platform is device-agnostic and supports common protocols, so sensors and devices from different manufacturers can be connected and replaced over the life of the assets.

Does it integrate with existing government systems?

It is built to integrate through APIs with GIS, ERP, asset registers and service request platforms. Specific integrations are scoped with your digital team during the pilot.

Which connectivity is used across a city?

A mix, chosen per asset. Cellular, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN and fixed networks each suit different uses. We design around existing municipal and operator infrastructure where possible.

What does a sensible pilot cover?
