Q: Do we need to replace our existing trackers?

Usually not. A GPS unit from one manufacturer, a tyre pressure sensor from another and an RFID reader from a third can all report against the same vehicle. We check your unit list before you commit to anything.

Q: What about vehicles that go indoors or out of coverage?

Tracking is not tied to GPS alone. GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular are used together, which covers warehouses, yards and sites where a satellite fix is not reliable on its own.

Q: Can we build the reports we want?

Dashboards are assembled from widgets, so each team sees the data it acts on, and reports are generated on demand and exported. You are not limited to a fixed set of screens.

Q: Where do the records live?

Positions, trip histories, tyre records and RFID scan logs are held on IoT Cube, which is built in Saudi Arabia. Sovereign cloud, private cloud and on-premises are all deployment options.

GPS sits in a supplier portal, tyre life in a workshop spreadsheet and RFID scans in a gate book. Piecing one week together takes longer than the week did, and by the time a report explains a cost, the cost has already happened.

Routing and dispatching

Plan the order of work and send it to the right vehicle, so a route is built around the jobs rather than the driver rebuilding it on the road. Productivity rises because the distance falls.

Safety and driver behaviour

Harsh braking, sharp turns, overspeeding, sudden stops and zigzag driving raise alerts as they happen. Continuous driving time is watched for fatigue, and drivers carry a score and a place on a leaderboard rather than a rumour.

Fleet operations and monitoring

Live status for every vehicle, whether it is stationary, moving or offline, with engine state, idle hours and the cost of that idling, and stop and start frequency along the route.

Predictive maintenance and alerts

Service reminders come before the breakdown, not after it. Low fuel, low battery and GPS loss raise their own alerts, and events are graded as information, warning or urgent so the urgent ones are not buried.

RFID, tyres and tagged assets

RFID authentication stops unauthorised fuelling and unauthorised movement, and logs who took what. Tyres are tracked from fitment through rotation and pressure checks to replacement, against the vehicle and the position they sit in.

Connect the hardware
Trackers, RFID readers, cameras and tyre sensors are onboarded through IoT Cube regardless of manufacturer, and assigned to vehicles, drivers and sites. WASL enrolment is handled as part of the same exercise.

Define routes, geofences, speed limits, working hours, service intervals, tyre thresholds and who is authorised to drive what.
